Soon they learn that the White Star Line will stop at nothing, including murder, to prevent the truth of the disaster’s cause from emerging. Daisy, a beautiful young woman used to getting her way, harbors a secret that raises the stakes even higher. Where was she while the ship was sinking and why is she stalked from New York back to England? Poppy must protect her sister from a vengeful murderer by uncovering the real cause of the sinking.

Girl In the Lifeboat

I'm a big Titanic fan and was excited to start listening to this book. I was very disappointed with the pacing of the plot. It started off alright but I lost interest quickly due to the lack luster plot and the over reaction to a spoiled brat who needed to learn that beauty fades but stupid is forever. I couldn't stand one of the main characters because of all the gaslighting, game playing, self absorbed, tantrum throwing, lying antics she pulled that in the end put everyone else in danger and because of this she even succeed in getting someone shot. After all that she still refused to take responsibility for her actions. This book would have been so much better if she had drown when she jumped off the Carpathia while it was docked in the harbor at New York after the disaster. I found this audio book a waste of my time
