This charming novel had so many words of wisdom and life lessons for all. The character development was incredible. The narrator was one of the reasons we chose this book and she didn’t disappoint. Looking forward to the next one by this author and narrator!

Nine chapters of depressing, take me out of my misery listening is all I could take. I don’t know what other reviewers were talking about, but there was nothing uplifting about this story. I couldn’t listen any more! The monotone narrating didn’t help either. If this was a physical book I’d rip it up and trash it!

This book was so much like a typical Hallmark movie! All the characters are pablum. All very goodie two shoes and predictable. overall it was boring! The only thing that kept me going was the narrator. I love Aoife McMahon . I was hoping it would get a little better at the end but ... Nope! Not horrible but boring and predictable. Could have at least had a little humor in it!
