What a awesome book

This cookbook offers clear, simple recipes for keto food that can be made in your crockpot. I particularly liked the breakfast section. The author did a great job of organizing the meals into appropriate sections.

Loved it

Nice

The author explains that when eating foods that are high n carbs, your body produces two things, insulin and glucose. . So the big take I got from this awesome book was the many recipes to make and
eat healthy.

Good idea

There are a ton of recipes in here.I loved that the aithir included breakfast. I can set something up over night and have a warm, filling breakfast ready to go in the morning before everyone leaves.

Healthy meals

They are easy to follow. There is a section on tips and tricks, such as, layering your food in the crockpot with the longest cooking food on the bottom.
