Loved the main character Celine and the book just rolled along nicely. I'm often tempted to pass through long descriptive passages in books to get to the dialogue and I didn't feel that way at all here. The only thing I would have had different is I her final choice. Good book.

I read this one after reading After You Left and have to say it was easy to fall back into Carol's gentle but poignant writing style. I enjoyed this story immensely and finished it quickly. She kept me guessing about what would happen the entire time. If I have one complaint, it that the narration on Audible was great to have but the narrator performing the Canadian accent was just terrible. Otherwise, it's a great story.

I'm not sure if it was the narrator, who sounded depressed the entire book. Maybe it was the book itself.

struggled to finish it...in fact I didn't finish it . it was terrible! I would not recommend it
