Uncovering Our Mountains
Brianna Wiest does a phenomenal job with helping her readers see the deeper rooted things in our lives that we need to focus on to achieve the healing we are all searching for in life. We often think we know the true problems in our lives that we need to fix so that we can have a better life but after reading this book I realized that most of us are just treating the symptoms and not the actual core problem. If you’ve been dealing with self sabotage in your life I highly recommend this book. It helped me uncover things I’ve been working years to uncover by simply getting me to realize the symptoms are the area we need to be focusing on.

Mindset reset
I’ve struggled with anxiety my whole life. This book has changed my mindset soo much. I didn’t realize how far is come till this book made me step back and look at the bigger picture. I honestly couldn’t recommend this book more. I could listen to it over and over again.

Great Book!
I’m glad I didn’t skip this one because of the bad reviews. I’ve read a lot of self help books but this one is my favorite. Narrators voice is calming and very good. I really enjoyed this and truly opened my eyes to the way I think.

This book is packed with nuggets for total life transformation. It’s an easy read. Doing the work is the part that will get you the lifelong results you seek. If you change your mindset, you will change your life. I listened to the book but I’m going to get a hard copy as well because it is full of nuggets.

If you listen to many self development books, this book does go over a few of the same information I’ve read/heard before but I took those pointers as friendly reminders to continue staying on track. However, it did implement some new ideas and gave me new perspectives on ways to continue healing.
