REMARKABLE

Oh My, I really enjoyed this book., It's wonderfully written for what might be called 1920s Pulp,. It's wonderful what a little fine writing can do. Amid the abundant derrings-do, the characters take on depth and develop naturally. The author has taken pains with his characters; and their development is organic and gently done.

Aside from the story's main characters, the plot is abundantly endowed with very dastardly guys, all of whom are eventually overcome of course. But how these victories are carried out is unexpected. All in all, it is a delicious read. The narration by Johathan Croy is spectacular. He handles the many accents and different voices of the characters admirably. The music must
have a mention here; the music segues set the perfect mood for each chapter, ranging from pulp movie score, to tropical rhythms to ancient Japan. And lastly, amazingly enough, the ending is absolutely delicious. Gotta get this book!!
