Informative Overall. Slight Technical Issue.

I ran into some issues with the recording after Chapter 7. Nothing major was missing. I'm sure this can be fixed.

Great scientific guide about hops!

If you are looking to understand the science behind hops and how to use them in recipe formulation, this is the book for you. It covers which hops to use and elaborates on the “why” behind the timing if hop additions. Awesome book if you are already into home brewing and you are curious about IPA recipes.
Great if you have any biochemistry background as well.

Terrible reading

I was excited about this book, but I honestly think AI reading would do a much better job. It's jarringly bad.
