Truly No Nonsense
I have been trying to understand attachment styles for a few years. This book gave me such deep compassion for the anxious attachment style. Everyone comes to you with their story in hand, and giving them empathy and compassion is such a gift. Thank you, Jeffrey, for giving us techniques to overcome our anxious attachment style.

What a listen
Now this was a a really interesting listen and I didn't expect do much of the content to resonate with mysf, but it did, I didn't realise how how affected I was.
It was reassuring to know that I wasn't the only one and the content and relativily in this audiobook was great.

I’m amazed by how much this book helped me!
This audiobook made a huge difference for me. The CBT techniques helped me overcome my constant fear of rejection, and the self-care tips made me feel so much stronger. One of the exercises even helped me open up to my partner about my insecurities, which brought us closer than ever. If you want to feel secure and confident in your relationships, you need to listen to this audiobook.
