Easy to Implement
I started eating the Paleo way in 2015. Since then I have bought several books to help me understand the theory and process. I was interested in the science behind it but also looking for ways to make it easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Meal Prep is time-consuming and once you pick one way to do it for a week, you are locked in. So if it sucks, you eat stuff you don't like all week. It makes it hard to stick to. I finally found what I was looking for, I do not need to buy any more paleo books. This book not only has scientific proof but recipes that are easy to prep for an entire week of eating. It makes it so much easier to stick to. And to top it all of, the meals in this book are easy and taste great! 10/10. Great value!

Paleo diet? What is that?
I am a man who trains a lot, and I like to be healthy. I like to read to find out more about food, health benefits etc. I'm glad a friend told me about this audiobook.
I recommend it because it packs a nice value inside. I recommend it for athletes, those who want to lose weight and be healthy.
There are even recipes at the end.

Relieving, inspiring, and to the point
It’s nice to know that others struggle with not eating proceed foods. This book is a game changer in that aspect. I like the no-nonsense approach and pragmatic steps I can actually use on my paleo journey. It also kept me super inspired. Telling my work out buddy to check out this audiobook too!

Great book!
This Audiobook is a great book to learn about the Paleo process. It helps you determine if this diet is for you and you will also know the benefits and risks of the Paleo diet. It goes into great detail and has a lot of value and content for just a 4 hour book.

A helpful diet of lifestyle!
My mom always tells me to eat natural ingredients and don't eat processed food (TBH, It's hard to follow but could be a goal to achieve). Now I realize that this diet is called the Paleolithic Diet. By eating the most natural food, we can avoid intake too many chemical ingredients. I tried some recipes in this book and found some were easy to make! I've made them to my list. Highly Recommened!

Healthy Diet!
Avoiding processed food is extremely beneficial to not only physical health but mental as well. You will notice a change pretty quickly by eating clean foods. This diet is fairly easy to follow and implement! I really enjoyed some of the recipes at the end and will definitely try them out!
