Easy to read, full of practical info!
This was a well-written book packed full of info, encouragement, and practical advice. You are never too old to start moving your body and benefitting from strength and mobility exercises. Tracy makes it easy to understand the benefits of even minor adjustments to your every-day movements. She gives plenty of real-life scenarios and stories that prove how even small changes can make big impacts. If you are unsure of where to begin or want to know more about how strength and flexibility work together to create balance, this book is for you! Tracy includes info about nutrition, how to progress your workouts, the new technological advances in this field, and how to shift your mindset and embrace a new way of living. Great read!

Great information for any fitness level
I have been anxious to read this book but haven't found the time. Was so excited when it became available as an audio book! I had a long trip so this was a perfect time to get this valuable information. Not only does T. Mittleider suggest methods of accomplishing strength and mobility, she also explains how to perform these methods. Very good information for anyone, at any fitness level!

Mobility and Strength
This book is great for anyone looking to improve their strength and mobility at any age. For me it's been great because it is sage and easy to do since I hurt my back. The book makes it easy to understand how even the smallest tweaks to everyday movements can lead to huge benefits. I enjoyed the focus on strength, flexibility, and balance. This is my main thing I would like to improve on. The book also covers nutrition, evolving workout strategies as you get stronger, and practical mindset shifts—all in a way that feels supportive and inspiring. Relatable
This book was a good read and had so many relatable situations. Explaining the difference between flexibility and mobility really made you think about your own physical limits in those areas. As we get older, mobility plays such an important role in our day to day activities. This book really helps you understand why it’s important and gives lots of ways to help improve. Hope there is more to come from this author.
