She also receives a mysterious message, telling her that Arthur has been imprisoned on a distant planet, and only she can rescue him. To do so, she must release the evil entity trapped within the famous sword, Excalibur. If she trusts this strange messenger and releases the terrifying Shalit from its confinement, Pamela could be endangering Earth and all the other planets in the universe.

Mixed feelings

When I purchased this book, I had purchased both the first and second at the same time. I had been a bit let down with the conclusion. I had became attached to the characters though and I really did want to listen to this book also.

If I overlook the conclusion of the first book and take this one on its own, I really enjoyed this book. There was romance and action. There was also political and social undertones that can mirror our world without shoving the ideas down your throat.

I liked that while the main characters of the first book were present, they took a back seat and introduced their child and how she copes with being tossed into this new world.

Loved it!

The story of Excalibur continues! This time Arthur isn't the main character in the story. His daughter Pamela is. Excalibur is so much more than just a sword! I don't wanna ruin the surprise though. This book doesn't take place on Earth like book 1. it takes place on a distant planet with several alien species. Excellent story by Sahara Foley and excellent narration by K Orion Fray!

Book 2

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Revenge of Excalibur?

This audiobook give us a whole new adventure with a new set of characters, rather than a strict continuation of Arthur, Ruth, and Daisy's story. Through flashbacks into the main storyline, the author reveals what has happened to Arthur and Daisy over the course of a couple of decades, and now Arthur's grown daughter with Ruth- one that he doesn't even know exists

What a joy and an adventure!

I loved this book better than the first of the trilogy. First off, kudos to K. Orion Fray, for her execution of the characters. I really enjoyed hearing the voice of each character as the story played out.

Second, I love that Sahara Foley did not have to have big bloody scenes to express how difficult things had been for these different cultures. I know that other reviews have commented on the sex scenes being pornographic, but to me there is nothing more pornographic than a lot of needless slaughter.

I think this book is very poinent in today's atmosphere of segregation and mistrust between races. I know that the bones of this story was written way before our calender turned to the 2000's, but it couldn't have a more relevant message today in 2017. Thank you for another great adventure.

Not for children under 18…

I did not “vet” this book before I started to let my 15 year old son read it for a class assignment…

Much to my surprise as my husband was helping him with his assignment he quickly reported that this may have well been a “soft porn” story and Excalibur was not a sword at all…

Needless to say we did not get past the first few chapters.

Thats all I can say.
