Publisher's summary

Her brothers are prominent billionaires, and his kingdom is in financial trouble. She wants him. He needs her, but he loves her best friend. Will their secrets leave them all royally blue?

Tess Donovan is a smart, classy, opinionated, and independent woman. She has always dreamed of marrying a handsome prince, and suddenly, that lifelong wish is within reach.

Prince Pierce Huntington Astor III is about to take the throne of the kingdom he loves. His father's gambling addiction has depleted the once-extravagant riches of their lush island paradise, leaving his son with a royal mess.

Tess expects the prince to sweep her off her feet. Imagine her surprise when he instead falls for her loud, klutzy, and decidedly un-royal best friend Mo.

Prince Pierce knows Tess is the woman that can save his beloved kingdom, but his heart wants ill-suited Mo. Mo adores the prince, but she's a tomboy at heart, so she's not keen on the royal rules and strict expectations that go along with being his bride.

These three are royally at odds.

Can they all get what they want? Or, will their secrets ruin everything? Find out now by listening to The Royally Broke Billionaire: Royal Wedding Blues.

The narration should be done by a professional

The story line was predictable but acceptable; it was the narration that I found unacceptable. Narrating a book is not just being able to read it, It is being able to add character to the individuals and creating atmosphere through your voice. The author should stick to writing.

Love the Donovan family

I'm not going to lie, I didn't like Tess for the first 2 hours of this book. She came off as a total spoiled brat, but she did redeem herself in the end.
This is a fun royal romance with twists and turns along with a cranky queen.
Standalone with no cliffhangers, but part of a series.
The performance was good but a little choppy and robotic at times.

Delightful

A delightful love triangle. The saying love what you have and not what you want, does the heart know what is best. A father who has gamble, he has a throne and no money. Which will he chose, one who doesn’t want the rules and regulation, or one who knows and loves him. The audio was a delight and a good clear voice added to this story. Enjoyable and well done. Given audio for my voluntary review

Can dreams come true?

Tess has always dreamt of marrying a prince. Her friend Mo is like a bull in a china shop. Tess thought she finally had her shot at HEA with a prince when she and Mo attended a gala where Prince Pierce is to be in attendance. Her dreams are dashed when the prince only has eyes for Mo. Things take an interesting twist when Prince Pierce invites Mo and Tess to come to his homeland in the hopes of winning her heart. Things are not always as they seem as this story takes Tess and Mo through some crazy antics with the Royal family. Will secrets ruin everything or will love win out in the end? This story sets up for the next in the series- the Royal Baby Scandal. I enjoyed listening to AND reading this story.

Hmm...

Well, this is the 4th book in The Broke Billionaires Club Series. While I immensely enjoyed the previous books in this series, this particular book really wasn’t my cup of tea. Granted, the actual story line was cute and had lots of surprises, Unfortunately, I listened with more and more disgust at the antics and demeanor of two of what I would call the most spoiled young adult ladies who had the now pervasive “it’s all about me” — “no one is going to tell me what to do” — “there is no way I’ll follow rules no matter what” attitudes. The boy's revelation near the end of the book was not at all surprising if you happened to pay attention. The anger being spewed by Tess at this revelation was disturbing, disappointing, and uncalled for—especially when her brothers and future sisters-in-law try to convince her that all may not be what it seems and to use a bit of common sense. In closing, this book may perhaps be the perfect romance story for today’s modern teens and young adults who now sport this so-called “enlightened” and “entitled” attitude. I do not recommend this story to older readers who still abide by what they were taught while they were growing up—in a world that valued proper etiquette, social niceties, and the ability to think rationally. The upcoming next book in this series promises to have surprises--I can't wait to listen!! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Great Read

The Royally Broke Billionaire: Royal Wedding Blues (Broke Billionaire’s Club #4) was a great read by Ann Omasta. Tess has always dreamed of marrying a handsome prince. Pierce is a prince who is about to take the throne in his kingdom. Tess expects that Pierce will fall in love with her and is surprised when he falls for her best friend Mo. Mo falls for Pierce but doesn’t believe she can follow all the royal rules and expectations. Tess gets to know Sebastian, Pierce’s friend, better and doesn’t expect that Pierce and Sebastian have secrets that can ruin everything. I can’t wait to read more by Ann Omasta.

Good book

This was a good book. I enjoyed it. It was a little slow in spots but I enjoyed it. Sad that her parents were too busy to see how her like unfolded but that’s life.

Contemporary Cinderella story

Who dreams of marrying a prince? Many young ladies in England and other countries, I suppose. Haven't had that dream since childhood. Still fun to listen to the antics of the ladies and gentlemen find romance. Enjoyable story. Thanks to the author for providing a copy for my voluntary review.

To Marry a Prince

Tess has always dreamed of marrying a prince, but when her best friend Mo catches the royal eye, she can't help but set aside her ambitions in favour of her friend's happiness. As it turns out, things aren't always what they seem, and Tess might just get her wish and her happily ever after in this sweet, sometimes funny and thoroughly charming story read by the author. I loved Tess and Mo and their handsome, socially savy mates. In an era where social distancing means chances to get away from it all, dancing at royal balls in fabulous palaces, shopping for clothes at fabulous boutiques and soaking in the royal hot springs, however vicariously, was a delicious excape.
I loved this story.
