This read like a series of cliches. It was full of "you should" without examples of how to do it. If the reader picked up the book in the first place, he or she is looking for direction in HOW to become more happy--they obviously know they "should" be happier. If happiness requires training your mind, then the author could have provided more examples of exercises to train. This was not worth the money.
