I really enjoyed the story, the exerts from their diaries, the progression of events! The final 3 chapters all seemed a bit redundant for me, but all else was really enjoyable!

What these sister’s lived. At first as devoted siblings, only to become life long competitors. Love versus hate. Intriguing, amazing, sacrificial!

This incredible true is worth listing to. Minute details of twin girls living a Secret Life between themselves, and the harm it caused. Unbelievable tragedies and craziness. A bit too long, and repetitive. But still an interest listen.

I really enjoyed this book. It was a sad but accurate representation of understanding and treatment of mental illness for it's time. All the love and hate June and Jennifer feel for each other is palpable. The two lived their lives like birds of prey locked togeather plummeting toward the ground. Each unable to break free of the others grasp.

Marjorie Wallace writings of the Gibbons twins (by June’s response in this book) is the most accurate account on record. This was a beautiful, interesting piece of literature.
