Miss Laura Haver is a spinster and a seamstress ... and a woman bent on revenge. Only Okay

Generally I like novellas but while the narration was great the story moved too fast and there wasn't much about smuggler's. From the title I'd expected a bit more. Also, unless I forgot some minor character in the governess series I'm not sure why it's listed as book 12.
