When Claudette McPhearson died, she left eight foster children to fend for themselves after they discovered the truth about her secret life. This time, it's from the Commission, the ruling body of the world's most dangerous mafias.

"You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours" comes into play as the Old Italian needs Javon's help. The Commission has been threatened, and they call on the Syndicate for reinforcements. The Syndicate aims to help its allies, but the past comes knocking at the McPhearsons' door. With everything coming full circle, Javon will find that not everyone can be trusted, and ghosts from the past always have a way of coming back to haunt you.

I love all the Syndicate book and was grateful that the narrators remained consistent. I know I’m not the only one who noticed that in the first 2 books... JAY & NAVI were pronounced as JAI and NAVY in this book which was weird and annoying. Other than that....I’m sure there will be another installment. I just hope it’s not years from now because i had to literally re-listen to the first 2 to remember what had happened.

In love with Dylan Ford's voice. It was nice to see everything come together and questions answered from the previous books. I got to know King and Claudette. I would like to see her sister get her due.

This story was so good all three books amazing read, but why ???Why did Navi!! Change to Navy in part 3!!?! That made me so upset every time they said his name

This trilogy was great to listen to...away from the biggest flaw with Audible....ACCENTS/DIALECTS! This godfather accent mockup was atrocious! Born American Italians have NO need to sound fresh from Italy. Just like the high insult if black americans slaughtering the accent of foreign blacks. Outside of that many of these books are great reads/listening literature. 🇯🇲💝
