Great bundle that keeps you feeling great

The chair yoga book gives you a great 28 day program and is good on audio so you can have it running whilst you do the poses. And the wellness book is great for mental wellness exercises, healthy eating and feeling great all the time. This one bundle you will use over and over again. Definitely recommend this to all
