90% of the information was great and applicable. I, as an engineer, think the electro pollution part is silly and made me perceive the author as less credible, but like I said, take what makes sense and apply it to your life.

I have read at least 6 other Mark Hyman books and everyone has been so helpful to getting me off my medications for diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol. His books guided me on how to finally lose 25 lbs which I thought I could do on my own for 20 years. I chose this book because I was having depression and I felt it was more chemical imbalances. Right away, Dr Hyman mentioned possibilities of magnesium deficiencies could cause depression along with muscle tightness which I have had for a long time and was worsening. I increased magnesium as directed and notice a huge difference. Thanks Dr Hyman for all your efforts! I feel better now at 60 than I have in the last 20 years!

I think the majority of what he is saying is true but I don't know if I buy all of it. however the issues he raises regarding our food supply, the drug market, and the increase of diagnosis are things to ponder and find answers to the question, why is this happening?

Where does The UltraMind Solution rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

The audio quality is excellent. I prefer to hear books that sound like a conversation as opposed to something that sounds like it's being read.

What was one of the most memorable moments of The UltraMind Solution?

The section on depression was the most helpful for me. When he stars talking about the various ways we can get exposed to toxins and the effects of these toxins was extremel helpful and informative.

Everyone needs to read this. This is the kind of knowledge we should be exposed to in High school to take us through the rest of our lives. With knowledge comes power and in this case the power to choose to live a healthy and better life.

I read one negative critique of this book, but I love Dr Hyman so I got it anyway! I have listened to it several times! This time, taking notes! He has a gift for organizing complex information into manageable chunks. I feel like I’m taking a college level class here! This book can truly change your life and you don’t have to spend a fortune doing it. I was fortunate enough to work with a nutritionist for six months and I have found in this book something I can offer to my friends who can’t afford to do so, a way to get some general ideas about their areas of deficiencies so they can have permanent change in their lives also! But you’ve gotta be willing to follow sound advice!

I can’t put into words how much my life has changed since reading this book and Dr. Hyman’s “Food What the Heck Should I Eat”. I feel like I’m finally in control of my health and happiness. I’m helping myself and my family properly thrive since gaining this knowledge. I hope everyone can feel how dramatically their lives will change for the better after following this amazing advice and obtaining this golden knowledge. Thank you, Dr. Hyman!!!!
