it's so inspirational get everything that I need to hear how to build my mind and help to practice good habits this book will be a game-changer for me and I appreciate the author for sharing this useful and valuable information thank you for give me something to help to improve my life as well as change it

Misleading Title

This audiobook was an excellent introduction to positive thinking strategies, positive psychology and as a summary of the materials of thought leaders in these areas. However, that was not why I bought it. I was looking for original ideas on advanced thinking and learning practices which were not forthcoming.
