Narrator was superb. Found myself reacting rather physically (tensing up at times; goosebumps now and then) at many points in this story. Twists, turns and surprises everywhere.

This was a gripping page turner!

At first I had a hard time getting through the parts about the kids, but the ending brought everything together. I highly recommend this book.

I loved this book! It was a perfect summer book and exactly the kind of escape I needed. The narration was spot on. The story kept me engaged the entire time!

Great story!! The narration was awesome and the narrator brought each character to life. The plot had me guessing till the end! Loved this book! One of my best reads!!

This was a good story and kept me guessing until the end. I thought it was complex and layered with interesting personalities. I listen to several books a week and it’s better than many recent of it’s genre. Wish it were more prominently featured on Audible.

The main character is convinced her husband is having an affair. On vacation she suspects all other women but doesn’t confront anyone including husband. She was really annoying and story dragged on and on. Didn’t see end coming but all in all this is the last book by this author I will read.

The plot was amazing so many twists and turns and unexpected situations!! My only issue was the audio book did not match up 100% with the actual hard copy for some reason

I originally bought this book thinking it would be a great listen during Covid since we obviously can't travel and that is was but it was also so much more - it was a non stop roller coaster of intrigue, deception by friends, unhealthy relationships, reminders of what you do for your family and your friends. It kept me hanging until the very end. I listen to a lot of my audio books at night when I can't sleep so I do a lot of rewinding but don't mind it at all when I enjoy the book and this was definitely one of those. Edge of your seat or mattress until the end.

Much better than many of the thrillers I’ve read with 50,000+ reviews. So many subtle details to pick up on that keep you thinking! I will read this author again.
