About the Creator

Jeffery Deaver is an international number-one bestselling author. His books are sold in 150 countries and have been translated into 25 languages. He has served two terms as president of Mystery Writers of America, and was recently named a Grand Master of MWA, whose ranks include Agatha Christie, Ellery Queen, Mary Higgins Clark, and Walter Mosley.
The author of 43 novels, three collections of short stories and a nonfiction law book, and a lyricist of a country-western album, he’s received or been shortlisted for dozens of awards. The Victims' Club is a great detective short story that held my interest until the end. We follow Detective Avery is his search to solve a crime. I liked the ending and it's uniqueness.

Unique Detective Story

A female college professor is drugged then nude photos are posted on the internet. Police begin to suspect members of the football team but have no proof. Then and things start happening to the team members…is it karma or someone out for revenge? You’ll be guessing to the end.

Liked it. Not a lot of blood or gore or weird crime details. Sharply crafted. Pulled together nicely at the end. We’ll narrated.
