Helena Petrovna Blavatsky is best known as the cofounder of theosophy, which is essentially a selective conflation of Hindu and Buddhist ideas combined with Blavatsky's idiosyncratic system of cosmology.

The Voice of the Silence, first published in 1889, is described by the author as "chosen fragments from the Book of the Golden Precepts, for the daily use of disciples". While the legitimacy of the source document has been questioned by scholars, the celebrated Buddhist authority D. T. Suzuki stated that the book demonstrated a deep understanding of advanced Buddhist principles.

This book is a useful introduction to Blavatsky's system of philosophy and is much more accessible than her major works, The Secret Doctrine and Isis Unveiled.

This is my first review that I am writing out! Well I was truest swept away by this beautifully read book!! Recommend a million times! Going to have a second listen of this short but truest full of knowledge masterpiece!

This is an awesome book that guides us on the path to finding our higher selves. What a gift to the world H.P..Blavasky was. Her Secret Doctrine changed my life.

I purchased audible book and could not listen it becouse of the poor performance of narrator ( Denis Daly)
I was in unable to understand any single word. His diction is very poor.

This is a book about Spiritual poetry, which extended throughout the intire audio book. I was expecting Mystery school knowledge useful information that would advance my understanding into the nature of reality. Do not get this book it was very disappointing 😕! ! !

the thing that stood out the most was how disapointing it was ! ! I wasn't expecting that , it was a surprise for sure.

I previewed the A.K. version of the woman reading this book and I was confused about which was which and it turns out I bought them both because it was pretty inexpensive. However, the male voice on this mumbling mumbling sounds like he has a cold. It’s just not for my ear, a really challenging to listen to him, which is why I bought the second one originally was listening to a guy reading on YouTube and it was great. Neither of these books are the version he was reading that’s what I found interesting

I guess these are the originals nonetheless seems her personal story is left out of it and that’s what I loved the most.

This book is read by an elderly English chap that is mumbling. It’s too bad because I am really interested in the topic. I couldn’t get past about 20 minutes of it.
