Clever and exciting

The Thief strikes again. He’s behind the scenes this time but his reach is across continents. Loved Kamet’s story and everything about his journey to freedom with Costas.

Just When I Think I've Got It

I know that Megan is trying to trip me up, so I have to look for all the clues. I'm still surprised!! I was able to pick-up on more of the clues this time, but it was delightful to get the big reveal and be told everything I missed. On to the next one

convoluted and I love it.

This is book 5 of the series. Nicely interwoven with the characters of previous books.

Very good.

This was my introduction to Audible and audio books, in general. The newest addition to one of my favorite series (The Queen's Thief), it did not disappoint. I think I'll review the entire series on Audible!

Delightful

I never do guess all the clever tricks of the King of Attolia. All Turner's characters are rich, real, and heartwarming. I enjoyed this installment even more than the last, and I can't wait for the next book! Steve West was a great choice for this story. He is always a pleasure to listen to.

She did it again...

This book like the others in the series have twists, and I dare say you will be caught by at least one of these twist. I give this book a ten out of ten.

A bit disappointed

this was my first time reading the fifth book in the queens theif novels. I am beginning to wonder if the story will ever get centered on Gen again. We got the first two books with him as the main character, one as a side character, and two as a backround character. And sadly the latest MC was the not the most compelling or interesting character to follow. And the cadance or forms used to tell the history or stories by the MC were a pain to listen to. If I had a physical copy I'd probably have thought it was a typo or misprint. Honestly it wasn't until the last four chapters or so before I felt the story was finally becoming interesting. GL on the next one

Best book series along side Brandon Sanderson

I love these books. The characters, the world, and the twists draw me in completely.
