One of the Best Books by John Maxwell

This is one of the few books by John Maxwell that I've both listened to the audiobook and read the hardcover book as its so good in the way it teaches us how to think more effectively in every area of our lives. This book is not just a leadership book but has practical application for everyday life and it has changed my perspective and thinking patterns for the better.
