Publisher's summary

She wasn’t a rookie....

So, what went wrong with this time jump?

Her head ached. Rosie was cold and drenched in seawater. Nothing was as it should have been. And her memory was little more than a fuzzy feeling of foreboding.

She knows two things....

She’s a time-traveler on an important mission and the first rule: Never mix with the locals.

Injured and weary, Rosie has to make some tough decisions. If she doesn’t get help, she may not be able to piece together the reason for her being in 2018. Her gut says it’s vital. If she trusts someone from that age, it could forever alter the timeline.

Then she meets Carlos....

And the adventure begins.

You’ll love this dystopian, post-apocalyptic adventure, because you'll stay up late into the night to see what happens next.

Get it now.

Hot diggidy dam!

Now that was a great listen! I read a lot of time travel and this one was different, unique and definitely had twists.
Everything wasn’t explained, but I’m sure many of the issues will be addressed in the next books in the series. Great pacing, excellent writing and overall a very good book.

Story isn’t bad but the books are too short

The story starts off slow but by the second book reaches its stride. The only problem I have is that the books are soooo short. Like $10 for each 4 hour book short. It feels like kind of a rip off. But good story.

I liked the book a lot!

She pulled off a time travel book. Time travel is a hard area because it has been done poorly so many times with few new ideas. It was well thought out. The characters are likable and it has a new idea on time travel. From me who owns hundreds of books this is high praise. I hardly ever have positive reviews. Its short but good and you will soon be hooked and wonder what is next?

enjoyable

I saw this book being advertised and read what it was about. I thought it would be good. I was wrong , it was awesome!!! I saw that I spent near to 4 months in the last year listening to books and I have to say by far this is one of the best. I look forward to the rest of the series. What I understand is that the next books will be out monthly. Can't wait....

an honest review

In full disclosure my friend wrote this book and I asked for an audio book. I was worried about her doing the narration cos honestly most authors can't pull it off, she did after the 1st chapter i forgot it was her. I like a good time travel apocalyptic story really who doesn't and this novel really is enjoyable but I don't think I'm I'm its intended demographic.
The description of the book is a good idea of the story and no spoilers I wondered how the time travel worked and what was behind the collapse. I like that how the buildings above the water survived and wondered if the would collapse with the Puget Sound under them. I have questions but the story is enjoyable enough I can wait to see if I. later books this is answered it doesn't need to be I just wondered.
The characters are engaging and I like the arcs they are on. and I have to wait on the sequels to see how they develop.

Just Ok and way too short

The story was merely ok, but spending a whole credit on about one third of a book left me unimpressed. The main character was fine, except for the worn out plot device of amnesia/ fish out of water. The motivations of the villains make no sense. I suppose those are going to be explained in later chapters, but I don’t care enough about the story to read any more of the series and see.
