In the high-tech paradise of Indigo Sands, perfection exists.

Or so they think....

A brand-new technothriller story from Craig A. Falconer.

For Bianca Blane, a young but jaded online influencer, the fame she once sought now weighs heavily on her shoulders.

When she receives an exclusive invitation to spend a preview week in the cutting-edge tourist resort of Indigo Sands, Bianca seizes the opportunity to disconnect from her increasingly demanding followers.

Indigo Sands strikes Bianca as truly pristine - perfect in every way.

She feels sure that she'll give the new resort a glowing endorsement as the most desirable destination in the world, home of the most advanced technologies ever created.

But before too long, a veil is lifted.

Because behind the facade, nothing is as it seems....

Truth is stranger than fiction

Since I am not a social media consumer I wondered if I could get into this one. I took a chance because I like the other Sizzlers so much. I love the narrator's reading and she made the story come alive for me. Again, the author pushes us to to enjoy the lesson the story imparts. Too short for a credit, but buy it. It is definitely worth the cost.

More Sizzlers Please!!

Hits close to home in 2021

I've listened and read almost all of Craig Falconer's novels. I'm still discovering these sizzlers. However, I was drawn to start with Too Good to be True.

Where to begin? In a time when we're bombarded with social media, influencers, algorithms, Metaverses, and a blurring between reality and augmented, this sizzler felt very much on the nose. The main character is quite relatable, considering we only spend an hour with her in the audiobook. It is somewhat in the vain of Black Mirror or Twilight Zone, but much more with the times.

If Craig announced that he were to write a full-length novel based on this sizzler, I'd be the first to buy it! Bravo!

Great way to kill an hour

This really gave me black mirror vibes. Really enjoyed it and was trying to guess what the twist was going to be. I did nor guess right.
