An Introduction to a Program to Assist with OCD

The author defines OCD and what it isn't to assist those seeking clarity. He outlines the struggles faced by many with this challenge and starts to outline some steps one can take to overcome intrusive OCD thinking. This appears to be the first in a series of books on the subject by this author.

Helped with my OCD!!!

This audiobook has actually helped me with the non-stop intrusive thoughts. I have been dealing with mu OCD since a teenager and this is one of the best solutions I have come across. I listen to it when I am overwhelmed and trying to stop my compulsions and it is helpful. I strongly recommend you give this a try, I think it will help you like it has me.
