Alex Hawk has returned victorious from Drakana. He is a hero in Kragdon-ah and he and his daughters have decided to stay there forever.

I was shocked how much I enjoyed, I couldn't get the next book fast enough. Then I enjoyed catching up with it all, just to find out there's no book 8 ahhhh oh nooooo.

sad to see this series end but it was a grand adventure. well if it's the last one. It would be the best place to end for Alex

I told myself to wait to listen to this. I told myself to drag this series out. I couldn't help myself.
I have loved being able to listen to the whole series; while at work or at home. I am so amazed that the author was able to bring primitive life into millions of years forward. goes to show that we do not need all the fancy things. Including electronics.

I do wonder/hope for 1 more book. Because before the portal was closed a map from current times (then) was brought back. Will the girls show it to the other tribes?
A picture was brought back as well. What would the people think of that?

Either way I have enjoyed these stories. As an adult I have let myself quietly and in my mind find myself in thses stories. Asking myself what if or how could or maybe... Yes, I still do my job but in my mind I am off on adventures with Alex & his girls.

I can't say much without spoilers. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of Shawn Inmons books and always eagerly await the next one, no matter which series he adds too.
