About this listen

From the New York Times best-selling author of Taking Chances, From Ashes, and Stealing Harper comes the new unforgettable adult romance Molly McAdams' fans have been waiting for - the sizzling story of a young woman who must place her trust in the one man who can break through her defenses.

A night they will always remember...a connection neither can deny...a secret that could destroy it all...

When Kennedy Ryan moves to California, she never expects to come face to face with Liam Taylor - the intriguing man who has haunted her thoughts for a year. A man who led her to breaking every one of her rules for a single night of passion that ended up meaning more than it was ever supposed to. Accustomed to disastrous experiences with men, Kennedy shields herself before he can break down more of the carefully built control she's clung to for the last four years. But every time she sees Liam, she feels her resolve weakening.

Liam Taylor has been asked to help socialize his boss' nieces. But what he thinks sounds more like a babysitting job ends up leading him to the only girl who ever slipped away before morning - a girl he thought he'd never find again. And now that she's within reach, Liam's determined never to let her go.

But when a secret from her past tests their relationship, will they be able to cling to the trust Liam has worked so hard to build?

Love it!

This was a sweet, charming, angst and well written story. I love vy ow Liam grew up and have beautiful traits of his father and I’m his bio father. I love Kennedy to take that leap of fate for true love. It’s an enjoyable read!

Great start, but then...

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

No. Trusting Liam started off great, but then Kennedy became annoying...also the description of the girls covered with tattoos was believable since they both seemed so sheltered, shy, and needy.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

Reese!

Do you think Trusting Liam needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

No, it was a good stand alone.

A great conclusion to an emotional series

I loved this book. Like Taking Chances and Stealing Harper this was an emotional book although for different reasons. Liam Taylor has had a lot put on him during his life because of who his birth father is and it's clear that his family, whether intentional or not is using him to have Chase "with them".

When Liam and Kennedy meet up again 1 year after a one night stand in Vegas Liam is over the moon happy, Kennedy not so much. Her history with men has caused her to not want to lose control in her life by falling in love. Imagine her surprise when she finds out the guy she couldn't forget is not only in California but also works for her uncle!

Let the games begin! Liam is determined to have Kennedy again and not on a temporary basis. And imagine Liam's shock when he finds out Kennedy has an identical twin sister and for the first few times he sees them he needs to figure out who is who. LOL

As we wind our way thru the story we really fall in love with Liam and Kennedy and what they're trying to have together. We also see how Liam has dealt with the pressure of being Chase's son.

The chemistry between is off the charts hot and we want them to have their HEA! Do they get it though? There's a few surprises in this book that I never saw coming and it added a whole new dimension to the story. Making me wonder if there is a happy ending for this couple.

If you want a great read and a book that draws you in then pick this one up. You won't be sorry!

Great Story

If you could sum up Trusting Liam in three words, what would they be?

It wasn't the first book that I read from Molly. She took me to the world of Kennedy and Liam and I really enjoyed it. This was my first audible book. It's different to listen than to read, but it used easily. Anyway, just as everybody who has read Taking Chances, I had the same scary feelings to read this book. But I liked it anyway. Kennedy and Liam's story is lovable. I enjoyed it, but not so much as TC#1. I know I must not compare the books, but somehow I just did. Chase is always in my heart. You can read Trusting Liam as a standalone and I loved to know the son of my once in a lifetime loving hot book character. Good job, Molly, because I can imagine how difficult or strange it was to write this story after all.
