THE HATE WAS SO HOT

Wren and Jack have known each other their entire lives with Jack being her older brother's best friend, so when they both attend a masquerade event, hit it off and hook up anonymously - discovering their identities mid-thrust was jarring to say the least. After that ended badly, the two go years hating each other, effecting all their family and friends but choosing to hate each other vs give into their strong feelings for one another is too much vulnerability than they care to partake in.
When Wren ends up a med student in Jack's ER, he has to be her authority figure and teacher and she can't stand the idea of having to play nice. But the more time they spend around each other the harder it is not to give into their desires. And that passionate hate transforms into passionate just and then into love. Their spicy scenes are powerful and taboo! SO. SO. 🔥🔥🔥 but maintain this heat while staying professional for the sake of their careers is harder than they expect and gets them into trouble.
I've read a lot of enemies to lovers stories but this one was the most passionate and full of fury and fire and it made it so entertaining. Another home run for J Saman.
Samantha Brentmoor and Teddy Hamilton are two of the best in the business for a reason and this is a great example of it. Just like their characters, their performances were full of passion in every form, from hate to love and it was so entertaining to listen to this story!

Jack and Wren

I love these books and this one did not disappoint. This is a best friends little sister and enemies to lovers story. The story starts out explaining why they they hate each other and from there the story takes off and gets better.

Both narrators are amazing on the audio book.

I was given an ALC to listen to and i am leaving this review voluntarily.

Teddy Hamilton is always amazing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐
🌶️🌶️🌶️

Jack and Wren have known each other for a long time and have been enemies for five years after a one night stand gone wrong. They hooked up at a Halloween party where they were both wearing masks. Jack panicked when he realized he took his best friend's little sisters virginity and doesn't handle it well.

They have spent years ignoring and hating on each other, but now Jack is Wren's boss at the hospital, and he also just became her neighbor. They keep clashing in their personal life and are forced to finally acknowledge their sexual attraction. There is a lot of banter, tension, and some spicy hate banging.

I did have some issues with the heroine, though, because she didn't really have a reason to hate him. She acted pretty immature and hateful, all because he felt guilty having sex with his best friend's sister. To be that petty and hate someone that much was a little OTT. The hate in this was one-sided, and it irritated me how she always picked fights with him every time they were together.

They had great chemistry, and I loved the way Jack helped her deal with her trauma from her previous attack.

🎧 Audiobook Review 🎧
I was so excited to see this book would have two of my favorite narrators, Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor. They both did a great job bringing the banter and chemistry. The only thing that would make this better was if it had duet narration. I really wanted to hear Teddy Hamilton do the dirty talk during the heroine's chapters. I still highly recommend the audiobooks.

Greys anatomy vibes

Age gap
Brothers best friend
Workplace

Dual narration - Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentwood

I loved how this story started. How they “meet”. That first chapter grips you right away! It was hot and intriguing!

Jack is older than Wren but she has had a crush on him since she was younger. Being he was her brothers best friend he was around but never saw her that way until an unplanned hook up turns to the “worst” night for Wren.

Fast forward and they are forced back into each other’s proximity and it’s so much fun listening to the story unfold! Wren is dealing with some trauma and I love that Jack helps her through her issues. Great book boyfriend!

The banter between these two is sooooo good. I loved it.

I haven’t read/listened to the other books in this series yet but now I NEED TO! this was amazing. I laughed and kicked my feet.
The spice was great!

Cinderella & her Villain

5⭐️ 4🌶 5🎙

Undeniably Enemies by J Saman is an Enemies to Lovers story done spectacularly. The angst, heated passion, and anger were palpable and sincere. Jack and Wren are lovable characters reacting to misguided honorability and a misunderstanding. Jack is prime book boyfriend material!

Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor are already two of my favorite narrators, and they did not let me down. Their chemistry and ability to capture Wren and Jack's personalities were on point. I loved everything about the audiobook. I was captivated from start to finish and flew through it.

I can't wait for more of the Undeniable series!

I Love Jack and Wren! Amazing Audio, Too

This is a favorite of mine! Undeniably Enemies is a steamy workplace romance with all the tension and a bit of forbidden with an age gap.

Wren is the sister of Jack's best friend, but she is his Cinderella! These two have so much chemistry that it rolls off the pages. But the tensions ride high in this one that makes them enemies to lovers. I couldn't get enough of these two together. They are the perfect combination and balance each other out in the best ways.

I listened to this audio, and let me tell you, it was one of the best audios I have listened to. I was painting the garage while listening to it, and it made the project so much more enjoyable. Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor are two of my favorites, and together, they narrate this book in dual narration. The story alone is amazing, but these two on it make it even better. Teddy has a voice that is smooth and very memorable.
Samantha is just the best at what she does. Her voice is perfect for Wren. I absolutely love her voice and always enjoy her work.
Teddy and Samantha have great pacing and make this audio an excellent experience.

I am so in love with this series. I want more!!
J. Saman draws you into this world and leaves you craving more.

I might be entering my siblings best friend era and I’m not upset about it. The Boston’s Irresistible Billionaire series was my introduction into J Saman and I have not been let down.

Jack + Wren ran into each other at a masked party. Not knowing the other, one thing led to another and when he realized she was his best friend’s little sister he freaked out. They both moved on as of that night never happened, but everything had changed between them cause of that night.

Years later they grow more into enemies. Bantering back and forth trying to hold back what each truly felt. Then Wren is placed in the same hospital as Jack for her internship and to top it off Jack just moved in next door.

I had the pleasure of getting an ALC so to have Teddy Hamilton & Mrs. Brentmoor in my ear bringing not only the chemistry + banter between Jack + Wren to life but you get the dirty talking. 🥵

What I think gave this story the layer to bring it up a notch was the way these two helped each other heal. The trauma Wren had gone through needed someone strong like Jack to hold her hand and be there for her through it.

Outstanding performance!!

Undeniably Enemies was my first J. Saman book and I absolutely loved it. It was such a highly amusing and entertaining read that had me laughing pretty early on and completely engrossed from start to finish. It was a lighthearted read for the most part that delved into some themes of a darker nature. It was also a scorcher. Jack and Wren sizzled on the page. I loved the tension and banter between them and the way they fell for each other. There was a lot of push and pull between them which I enjoyed immensely. The narrator's, Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor did these characters and their story justice. Their performances were superbly executed. It is always a pleasure listening to them. They are both masters of their craft. It shows in the way they use their voices to engage the reader and wring emotions out of them. I simply adored this book and its characters and can't wait to read more by this author.

A Narration Dream Team & Unforgettable Audiobook

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PLUS! | 3🔥 Spice | One of My Favorites from J. Saman—So Good I Read It TWICE and Listened to the Audio!

I am obsessed with Undeniably Enemies! Not only did I devour this book twice, but I also listened to the audiobook narrated by the incredible Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor, who brought Jack and Wren to life in the most deliciously perfect way. And let me tell you—it was just as good every single time.

J. Saman delivers everything I crave in a romance: searing tension, banter so sharp it cuts, and a romance so forbidden yet inescapable that it leaves you breathless. Jack and Wren’s enemies-to-lovers dynamic is electric, sizzling with the kind of chemistry that makes you forget to breathe.

Wren is a powerhouse—brilliant, determined, and just the right amount of feisty to keep Jack on his toes. And Jack? Whew! He is the ultimate broody, dirty-talking hero with a heart that’s been locked away for too long. The way he adores Wren, even when he’s trying to stay away, is absolutely everything. Their push-and-pull, their fiery tension, their undeniable need for each other—it’s all-consuming.

And let’s talk about that steam. Oh. My. God. 🔥🔥🔥 This book had me fanning myself on multiple occasions. The tension builds and builds, until it finally ignites in scenes that are both intensely passionate and deeply emotional.

With layers of angst, heart-melting moments, and a romance that feels inescapable, Undeniably Enemies isn’t just a favorite from J. Saman—it’s one of my top reads of the year. If you love an age-gap, best friend’s little sister, enemies-to-lovers romance done to perfection, do not sleep on this book! And if you haven’t yet, grab the audio—Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor nail it!

Audiobook Review

As much as I adored reading Undeniably Enemies, experiencing it in audiobook format was next-level. Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor don’t just narrate—they become Jack and Wren, capturing every ounce of tension, longing, and fire between them.

Some audiobooks elevate an already great story into something extraordinary, and Undeniably Enemies is a perfect example. Samantha Brentmoor and Teddy Hamilton deliver a powerhouse performance that takes this enemies-to-lovers romance to the next level.

Brentmoor embodies Wren with effortless precision, capturing every layer of her character—from her fiery independence to her most vulnerable moments. Her ability to balance strength and emotion makes Wren feel incredibly real. And Teddy Hamilton? Pure magic. His smooth, memorable voice brings Jack to life in a way that’s both swoony and deeply compelling. His restraint, his yearning—you feel it all. Together, their chemistry crackles, making every interaction electric.

Beyond the main characters, their dual narration brings depth to the entire cast, seamlessly transitioning between voices without missing a beat. Their pacing, tone, and emotional delivery make this listen impossible to put down. Whether you’re multitasking or just curling up with a good audiobook, Brentmoor and Hamilton make Undeniably Enemies a must-listen experience.

Final verdict: Read it. Then read it again. Then listen to the audio. You’ll thank me later. 😉

PERFECT NARRATION!

J. Saman does it again! I absolutely loved her first generation series, but she is really knocking it out of the park with this second gen series!

🩵Doctor romance
🩵Workplace romance
🩵Enemies to lovers
🩵Age gap
🩵Best friend's sister
🩵Forced proximity
🩵Second chance-ish

Jack and Wren had a huge moment moment together, without knowing that they were with each other, at a masked party. But when they realized who the other was, they quickly cut things off, and have been enemies ever since.

Here we are almost five years later and Jack is the attending, while Wren is a new resident and they have to work closely with each other. Not only that, but when Jack moves in next door to Wren, they realize that they cannot escape each other and call a truce.

But when that truce leads to some very naughty and forbidden things, they know that they can't stay away from each other!

I loved the progression of their relationship in this book and how they went from a hook up to enemies to lovers. Their banter was fantastic and their intimate times were top tier! I need to find me a Jack in my life!

Teddy Hamilton and Samantha Brentmoor are the perfect pairing in this dual narrated novel. Teddy was TOP TIER as Jack - his sassiness, flirtiness, and dirty talking was beyond any expectations and Samantha gave it right back to him as Wren. Her tenacity and determination to keep up the enemies part of the deal was done so well.
