They might request primary wording, or non-contributory wording, or a waiver of subrogation, or a hold harmless agreement. They might say that the insurance company has to have an A.M. Best Rating of at least A-, Viii, and write business in the state on an admitted basis. What does all of this mean? If you are requiring or providing additional insured endorsements, you should know what they mean.

Great for business owner and insurance broker

Great book to understand how the different additional Insured endorsements would play out in a claims situation.

He breaks it down simple enough that someone outside the insurance industry can understand, while going deep enough that most in the industry could benefit from it

Vital commercial insurance info

If you have not had instruction on commercial insurance, or you do not have a clear understanding of the categories in the title, if you are in business (large or small), this will pay for itself right away. It could make a life or death difference to a business. It is clear and the narration is good. A small misunderstanding can result in your business carrying a liability you never imagined, and perhaps cannot bear.
