Five Stars From Me

Becoming a vegan is both rewarding and challenging. I first got into healthy living many years ago and the choice to eliminate meat came slowly at first. It was tough without direction because I honestly was not sure what to eat. At first, all I did was stop eating meat and animal products.

Super Simple and impressive

I bought this for my sister's boyfriend- that I don't know well- for Christmas. He seemed to enjoy it. As far as I know he has used it once and the recipe worked out just fine. The item shipped quickly and the book was in perfect condition.

Very Well Done

This is a very well-done cookbook that also provides a thoughtful and comprehensive overview on veganism. I really enjoyed listening to a brief history of veganism/vegetarianism, understanding the different reasons people become vegans, and getting an overview of the health benefits associated with this diet.

Good Job

The author does a great job explaining what veganism is and how a vegan diet can improve one’s health. For me, the most important chapter in this book is entitled Making the Transition. The author shares the best way to make the transition to veganism: how to ease into the new way of life; what to get rid of; what to buy—even what to tell your friends!

Healthy Diet

The health benefits of going vegan, as outlined in this book, are numerous and varied. If you are struggling with your doctor’s advice for changing your diet, and you don’t want to eat the tasteless diet food, give this book and its recipes a try.

Great Vegan Recipes

I'm not a vegan. I love my meats but I thought WHY NOT. It took a while to find the recipes. At first it talks a lot about why become vegan blah. I finally found what I was looking for! The zucchini stuffed! The strawberry salad! The green goddess juice! Things like that. Easy to follow recipes.

The recipes in this audiobook are great

Every single recipe we have made out of this audiobook have been amazing! We are foodies so this was important to us. I have lost 20lbs in less than 2mths using mostly recipes out of this audiobook I didn’t start Keto initially for weight loss. Mostly because I was diagnosed with diabetes and I wanted to get my sugar levels down which this has been great for that too! I highly recommend this audiobook!

Really Helpful

This is our first cookbook since going vegan and the recipes are so delicious. I thought it was going to be difficult to cook vegan meals but this book takes out all the doubt and worry that I had about the vegan lifestyle. Excellent book for beginners and advanced! Great tasting food that doesn't have to take hours to make.

I'm Happy With This

This vegan cookbook clearly defines the process. I am a person who juices regularly, but, now I am considering changes in other parts of my daily diet. I tried two of the recipes: The Pumpkin Spice muffins and the Roasted Red Pepper Sauce, both were delicious.
