This is a great book, especially good for anyone who is lacking in confidence around going to the gym! It gives great advice around starting your own fitness journey at home so you can build confidence before moving into the gym. Lots of great information, help and guidance. It's a good book

No fluff
Been training for years. Messed around with a lot of different training methods in the gym and found the method mentioned in this book to be the most effective for gaining muscle mass. This is a great audio book. This guy tells it straight and there is no fluff or extra words to increase the length of the book. The chapter four helped me understand the errors that most people do when lifting the weight, I would try to follow the tips given by the author when lifting the weight, so that I can do it correctly and build the muscles that I have been wanting to build for a long time now.
The guy talks like a friend giving some genuine advice right from the introduction to the finish. The narrator also speaks slowly which makes this audio book sound like a friend guiding for body building.

A must listen!
By far and away the best audio book on nutrition or exercise I've ever listen. It explained so many of the things I'd done wrong with weight loss and why those things I'd done made my weight loss attempts unsuccessful. Most importantly I learned and applied the principals from this book to my life and athletics and made drastic changes I'd never been able to successfully do before. This book is literally a life changer. A must listen.

Start Here
If you want to get into shape, if you don't know where to start, start here. I haven't been to the gym or completed a single workout in 7 years. I listened this book and became inspired by how easy it sounded. I have been following book for almost 2 months now and it is as easy as eating a piece of pie. 30 minutes or so for the exercises and 30 minutes a day of walking and your set. I have also been watching what I eat and have lost 4.5 lbs this last month just by getting a bit of exercise and eating a little better. If you need somewhere to start getting into shape and laying a foundation, listen this book.

Great information when applied as directed!
Absolutely fantastic groundbreaking work. This book destroys the fitness industry and shows you the facts about health, nutrition, and muscle building.
If you have a strong background in science, this book explains the myths of the last century of bodybuilding and the new science based approach to growing muscle and multiplying your strength through nutrition and variable resistance exercises. Great information when applied as directed!
