I first heard you on Bunny’s podcast and feel in love. I am not happy with my over all health and am wanting to get healthy and loose weight this book has helped so much I am focused on me and my eating now and starting to work out in the AM for me. It helped me realize only I can do this for my well being thank you for the guidance and being able to help people like me live up to there full potential

Dr Dani is great! She is very knowledgeable and cares about people. I love the book! I especially love that she narrated it, no one could have done a better job.

I liked this book! Even though it says the word faith in here, it's not really getting into faith or religion. There are biblical verses and stories in here, but they really just back up what Dani is trying to say and are short. Whether or not I follow all of the advice in here the facts are eye opening and I have new knowledge. The only downside to the entire book is that I wish I bought the kindle or paperback version, because if you want to go back to some of these things or highlight them you'll wish you had both. The book was good enough that even though I'm done reading it completely, I will buy the kindle version and go back through it!
