About this listen
Ariana is finally ready to graduate and get a new start at the University of Georgia. But she never expects to meet someone as perfect as Lucas at the beginning of senior year.
Lucas is everything Ariana could ever want in a guy, but he can't be a part of Ariana's new start, not when his family needs him at home.
To make matters worse, Ariana's not sure she can afford to go to UGA herself.
Or if she'll be able to get in.
Ariana will have to choose...
Because she knows she can't have it all.
Ariana quickly realizes Lucas's ex would love to see her gone, but she's ready to fight for what they have.
Will she have to live with the regret of giving up on her dream school? Or will she sacrifice the guy who's captured her heart?
Please note: this book is intended for listeners aged 14+ due to some cursing/sexual situations.

Story
From her first moment at Merryweather High, Melinda Sordino knows she's an outcast. She busted an end-of-summer party by calling the cops, a major infraction in high-school society, so her old friends won't talk to her, and people she doesn't know glare at her. She retreats into her head, where the lies and hypocrisies of high school stand in stark relief to her own silence, making her all the more mute.

For while Lander offers a full range of courses to nearly all students, it also offers a small number of specialty classes to a very select few.

But Jordan was lucky. He met Owen Nelson in the second grade, and they've been BFFs ever since. Owen is a big, beautiful blond and their school's champion wrestler. Life's challenging for these characters
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes. It was probably one of the most honest portrayals of how life isn't always what you think it will be
What was one of the most memorable moments of Without You?
The part when Lucas did a selfless deed by letting things go.
What about Ramona Master’s performance did you like?
She did a great job, her voice for Ariana perfectly and she does great showing the emotions of the characters. Her male voice needs work though.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The entire story had emotionally moving moments. It was a very real subject and definitely a situation that many people have faced.
Any additional comments?
I loved the story, it was realistically portrayed for the most part. It had some angsty parts, but nothing that was over the top dramatic. My only hang up is the last few chapters. They skip a head in time a number of years, and while time has passed there is no significant marking of the characters having changed or rather grown up some in that time. They still speak like teens and not so much like newly minted adults. Otherwise it was a great listen and good for the age group of a YA reader/listener. Sweet YA romance
I thought this story was really very sweet. Coming of age meets first love. Ariana has had one dream forever, will she chase that dream or find a new dream with her first love? I loved the Mexican influences as not many audiobooks venture into cultures.
Ramona has a fantastic voice for audio's, my only critique would be that she needs to slow down between characters speaking to create separation. I like her pauses but occasionally she placed them awkwardly.

Awesome Audio
Ariana meets Lucas her senior year and he is everything a girl could ever want, except she has always wanted University of Georgia and has done everything she can to get there and afford it, scholarships and all, and he can't go. So is it Lucas or U of G and will there be any regrets over her choices?
This is a awesome book with very real teenage problems weaved throughout the book, ones teens face day to day and the ones the deal with going off to college. I really enjoyed this book for the fact that it was kept realistic on all levels. Narrator Ramona Master made this book especially wonderful by her beautiful narration, her portrayal of the different characters was awesome and the feeling and emotion she interjected in to the story, through her voice was phenomenal. It was really good you should give it a try if you have never tried one before

FUN STORY!!
FUN STORY, Cute little story!! I love the little snippets in Spanish! I bumped the narration speed up to 1.10 It helped cause it seemed like the her voice was a bit slow but that fixed it!! I will definitely read/Listen to the next book!! 1 THING I WISH IS THE 4 YEARS OF COLLEGE SHOULD'VE HAD MORE WRITTEN I FEEL LIKE SOME PARTS WERE A BIT DRAGGED OUT LIKE DESCRIBING ALL THE FOOD BUT THEN SKIPPING YEARS AT A TIME!!

Amazing sound
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Of course, when you read the book, not always able to submit before the end of the emotions and feelings of the characters. Ramona was perfectly able to transfer them. So far I am impressed.
What did you like best about this story?
I liked the parallel love lines. Emotionality, which could fill a book. This is incredible!
Which scene was your favorite?
A lot of memorable scenes. I will allocate one of the favorite when Ariana and Lucas were talking in a Mexican café.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Of course! The book captures!
Any additional comments?
I want to wish success to the author. We look forward to the continued cooperation of such talented people.

High school senior year can be very stressful...
Ariana is entering her senior year of high school and she already knows where she wants to go to college. Now she meets the perfect boy and it throws everything into turmoil. Should she follow through with her college plans, or follow her heart and pursue her relationship with Lucas.
I found that the story dragged a little bit, but I still enjoyed it. I was invested in the main characters as well as the developing storyline with the secondary characters.
