58 y/o F. This was monumental for me. I already practice some of the conquering methods shared in this book. This adds new methods to incorporate.
Particularly well timed, as I had/have committed to make a dent in my home office this weekend. I worked on this during the entire book. It felt invigorating.
I have been a work in progress for a few years I had been brainwashed by my now ex that ADHD was an “excuse”.
I have made a lot of progress (and do take medication now), but still have improvements I know I can make.
This is audiobook will get many more listens to keep me on track.

This was a very helpful book. Where I’ve spent years knowing I have ADHD but didn’t know everything that came with it. This opened my eyes to a lot of other things I struggle with and made me feel less crazy. This book also gave me some very helpful tips and tricks that work for me.
