This was such a fresh and meaningful way to understand prayer, its essence and importance. I especially liked how Addison appeals to prayer's ability to integrate our lives with God's presence, and parts of our lives within ourselves, and our lives to the lives of others. An impactful read.

Wow. This book is full of wisdom. I’m listening the audio book and I’m blown away at how well the author articulates a lot of things I’ve been trying to find words for in regards to prayer. It’s really speaking to me. For so long I’ve been trying to find words for the places God has been walking me through the past few years. This book is an answer to prayer. In reading this book I felt comforted and challenged. It’s been amazing to realize God has invited me in to have words with Him instead of the small routine prayers I used to pray. Thank you for your book. And your obedience to hear and write this. It’s a huge encouragement to me and I know will be for so many others.
