  • Exiled from Nobu, a novella — Lisbel and Jaxal’s story
  • Taken to Sasor — Mian and Neheyuu’s story

Get lost among the stars today in this Amazon bestselling SciFi romance collection that listeners have called binge-worthy, addictive and what the scifi romance genre has been missing.

A note from the author: This is a darker, action-filled SciFi romance series with bloody battles and spice that also handles sensitive topics like the subjugation of women and past (not seen) SA. All books end in an HEA with women rising in triumph.

Great Characters

Each story had a wonderful turn of events. I enjoyed visualizing people with colorful skins. Diversity of characters is meaningful for me. Thank you

Alien Mates!

First time reading and listening to the series and I’m sad that collection 2 isn’t out yet because I really want to listen to the rest. I’ll be buying the other books so I can read those while I impatiently wait for the rest of the audibles.

I loved all 4 but out of the 3 books and novella I loved Taken to Sasor the most. It was different from the world that was built in the first 2 books. It was unexpected and refreshing to me. I have questions (as with all books sometimes) about some things but it doesn't deter me from enjoying the book.

Don’t want to give it away but clues are given in the first book of things to come.

The Character build

I love the story however, the focus of the insecurity of both protagonists carried far too long. It seemed as a filler to the books length and unnecessary. Give the book a chance, just be aware.

loooved this

when the alien king investigates where funds are going and travels to another planet and finds his fated mate instead the waterfall effect begins.
this is a great series where alpha male aliens have a lit of learning to do when dealing with human or hybrid women. they are strong women who have been through hell and back with their interactions in a forced hunt and the men must put in the work to woo and gain the trust of their mates.
I love that the introduction of the alien language and use of their terms was heavily pushed because it lends a more realistic sense to the story.
the narrators were perfection and I never felt lost or confused of the characters amd the dedication to bring the authors vision to life was superb.

well...

I really wanted to like this series, especially since it's 1 credit for 3 books. I was generous when I gave it 3 stars. I DNF after the 1st and barely got through that. The trigger warning is flat out inadequate. Not only is there an off page history of r8pe as disclosed, but the main "romance" is an H who terrorizes an underage h, returns when she's of age & kidnaps her but she's decides it's love because "it was inevitable." That is not off page abuse. And, nearly every tense moment in the book comes from type of alien trying to assaulr, r8pe or gang r8pe the females in the novel. One commenter said it was, sadly, trauma p6rn. And, I agree. It really is a shame because the author is POC (vastly underrepresented in the romance genre) and really is quite adept at world creation and storytelling.

note: many commenters were put off the talk of "rotations" for age. The aliens mate 5+ rotations and the humans 7-15 rotations. The author never fully fleshed this concept out but did give a clue. The alien medic said the female alien cycle is 3x per rotation and the human cycle were up to 34. This could suggest that a single rotation is maybe 2.5 to 3 yrs tops. Still a bit gross at the alien lower end, but not nearly as bad as it appears on the surface.

Too much whining and whoa is me

The narrators really got into the roles of the characters; however, the female characters were so whiny 😫 to the point of irritation. I listened to the entire book and found this to be the case. Also for females to go from weak and pathetic to pure badass was a lot to handle and unbelievable. Won’t continue with series.
