Well rounded introduction to Yoga
Really enjoyed this one. This book thoughtfully covers the important broad strokes, ideology and practice of yoga as a whole. Relatable, educational and digestible. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to know not just about the physical practice of Yoga but also about the bigger picture of a yoga and it’s parts.
