When I don't feel grounded in life, or my mind is too scattered, or experiencing anxiety or unease... this meditation is what helps me shift things. It sounds silly but it feels like a 'hug' every time I listen to it. Her voice is amazing. The entire thing is so well done and feels very personal to the listener. I wish she produced more meditations as this one is fantastic.

A warm hug!
I suffer with high anxiety from many past trauma’s. I was an infantry soldier in South Korea, I had trauma clear back to childhood, and much more past the military. I’ve stumbled through life trying to be a good man but I haven’t always managed. I’ve disappointed many in my life but mostly myself. I’ve been close to ending my life many times but have struggled with one, the fear of death and the other is the sheer terror of hurting the people I leave behind, plus I’m an Irish Catholic who couldn’t completely connect with the Bible, until I found meditation to help quit my anxiety disorder. Gabby was one of my first finds when I downloaded my first meditations. She has always been one of my main go to’s, when I’m struggling really hard. Her voice has such kindness and love it’s like a Mother’s embrace to hold you tight when the demons come out to play in my life.
Thank you Gabby you have and are still helping this old veteran finally find peace.
