The concepts are easy and after all the fads out there the simplicity of water first and veggies most really resonates. This book has helped my journey and I hope you it sets you on yours.

This is my eating plan of choice. This book is very encouraging and has tons of helpful advice. Ilana really cares, and that comes through! I really loved the diet bet question excerpts at the end. I was actually in many of her groups, and I genuinely loved her calls. This is a great book, and it has helped me hugely being an audio book, I can listen while I drive, love love love! Just a bit of testimony, I have lost 80+ lbs and am working on losing another 50 using this eating plan for life. I never believed I could do it. It isn't always easy, but if I can do it, you can too, just try. Go all in for a month and see what happens. What do you have to lose, lol??
