This has such a powerful message and one that everyone needs to be reminded of every now and then. Not everyone has had a great upbringing or people around them that build them up. It's up to us as individuals to find our value, discover our self worth that's been waiting to be seen by us all along. I love this reminder. It's beautifully done.

The content may be fine, but the OTT echo-effect was irritating, making it hard to understand at times.

I found I was straining to understand the second half of each phrase. That defeated the purpose of what was meant to be relaxing hypnosis.
