Publisher's summary

Here's an opportunity to explore the Ten Perfections with one of the pre-eminent meditation instructors of our time. The Perfections are Buddhism's most basic foundation and include such universal virtues as truthfulness, simplicity, and lovingkindness. These virtues are not remote possibilities - they are immediate answers to the problems and challenges we face every day of our lives. In this comprehensive curriculum, Jack Kornfield introduces the 10 paramitas (inner perfections,) and shows how they can bring a sublime new dimension to any spiritual practice. With meditations and mindfulness techniques to help you understand and practice the Ten Perfections, this audio retreat invites you to experience life to the fullest.

A great presentation. Very helpful & Inspiring

If you could sum up Your Buddha Nature in three words, what would they be?

Helpful, Inspiring, fun

Have you listened to any of Jack Kornfield???s other performances before? How does this one compare?

The performance is on older media but the teachings are presented with such an engaging lucidity - This is my favorite Jack Kornfield recording.

Spiritual wisdom

I am just beginning on the path to finding the middle way. This book is humorous at times and then like an arrow to the heart in the next moment. This book will always be on my devices so that I can listen again and find something new.

Great listen

Jack is not only knowledgeable of what he teaches, but has a very soft, slow yet powerful voice.
I loved it.

Chuckles and tears

Jack has me laughing out loud, with his subtle, warm humor. I stopped mid walk to finish laughing at "Is this abuse?" (those who know, know).
I would recommend this book to anyone, Buddhist or not.
Only downside is the quality of the recording, sometimes I can't actually hear what's being said, but mostly it's alright.

Magnificent!

I have studied under the teachings of Jack Kornfield for nearly 30 years.
I believe ‘Your Buddha Nature’ is one of best of his teachings.
