  • Mel Interviews Paul Sanbar
    Jan 15 2025
Welcome to the 84th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Paul Sanbar, MCC, ESIA from Los Angeles, California, USA. An Ingenuity + Leadership Coach, certified coach supervisor, and hands-on visual thinking facilitator, Paul Sanbar believes that purposeful play positively impacts performance, personally and professionally. In his work developing leaders, he holds these beliefs to be true: Play is how we discover ourselves - our strengths and our areas of growth. Play is how we practice new things and develop agility of mind and body. Play is how we learn to attune, socialize, and collaborate with others. Play is how we understand our work. With this focus as his life’s work, Paul dedicated himself to the field of self-development and to effecting positive change through purposeful play, storytelling, and powerful conversations initially as a psychotherapist and now as an ICF accredited Master Certified Coach and an EMCC accredited coach supervisor and coach practitioner. A certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®(LSP) methods facilitator/coach/trainer and a member of the MURAL Consultant Network, he developed the LSP - LIMINAL SPACES™ coaching framework believing that sustainable systemic development occurs when individuals and teams think and reflect not only with words but also with their eyes and hands, putting their imagination to work in both tactile and technological ways. While he continues to coach, coach supervise, and facilitate workshops through contracts and privately, Paul’s primary passion now is to train 1:1, group, and team coaches to become Certified Hands-On Thinking Coaches both analog, with LEGO, and digitally with whiteboards because he believes that #PlayIsTheWay. You too can become an ICF Certified and Credentialed Coach like Paul. Start your journey here today at Catalyst Coach www.catalystcoach.live.
