Dear Civically Speaking Listeners,

We go behind the ballot during this episode with some field research into the campaign offices of mayoral candidates, Cynthia Block and Gordon Wyant. We sit down with their campaign managers respectively, Rebecca and Samantha.

I am also planning on reaching out to the other mayoral candidate offices for some behind the scenes sound bites - - as well as reaching out randomly to some of the various council candidates to see how things are going.

You get a feel for each of their campaigns. What I failed to mention was that in Gordon Wyant's office was also busy. Sam was fielding calls while I was there; and the candidate himself showed up to pick up some items as he headed off to door knock with an old class mate who had offered themselves to volunteer.

Wyant's office is located in Riversdale on 20th Street; Cynthia Block's campaign office is located downtown on 21st Street.
