DVC 2025 Dues Released On November 21st, Disney Vacation Club released the new dues per point for 2025. Overall, the numbers were pretty much in the normal range with most of the resorts increasing between the 4.0 - 6.0 %. The California resorts actually saw a lower rate with only a 3% increase. Disney's Riviera Resort was also very low at 2.3% and Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows actually saw a nearly 4% decrease in dues with the addition of the Island Tower absorbing much of the cost.
