    In the first segment we talk who would win in a fight Metzfire VS Slipknot, Ross walks though the Bill Kelliher (of Mastodon) guitar clinic that happened locally, and Hafer gives his story of going to a writing clinic with the Sevendust guys. We talk about all the CDs we never sold, guitars, gear, and the new Jerry Cantrell record.


    In the second segment we get deep on song writing, recording, and getting old in the music world. Later in the third segment things get off the rails and we talk about movies like IT, the ongoing saga of P Diddy, and we get the full history on Barnaby’s legendary Volkswagen Jetta. Then Hafer is finally forgiven by his long-bullied bassist via an on air phone call. Plus tons more. Soak it in.
