Such a mature perspective on loss and grief.

Andrew eloquently describes coping with the absence of his Mother. Beautifully stated that feeling the grief is the closest he can feel to his Mother's presence.

The part where Andrew talked about the ocean and the Oliver poem.

Nada! I found it all helpful. I will think about it long after hearting it today.
