Steve and Janet are on their honeymoon, but it’s cut short when Janet goes into premature labor. Meanwhile, Dylan focuses his attention on Andrew and the community center, and Kelly focuses her attention on Gina and her baby sister Erin. Jackie has told everyone that Gina is responsible for her breakup, so Kelly goes on the warpath, Gina loses her job, her love life is in turmoil, and there’s no possible way the gang will put up with her anymore. It’s like we’ve never been gone. Steve and Janet are choosing Dylan and Kelly as godparents even though they (and we) acknowledge that’s not the best choice. David finally takes things a step too far on his radio show and now Donna is on his case as well as Dylan. Meanwhile, the PPADAH is in full swing, to the point that a neighbor calls the police and Noah and Donna get arrested for trafficking. Gina gets away though, with Mel Silver, who decided to get a lap dance at his son’s workplace. And Matt has taken a high profile death penalty case. Too bad his client is a rapist murderer and Kelly isn’t okay with it.

Steve and Janet tell their parents about the pregnancy / wedding, which goes horribly wrong, and Steve makes it worse by saying his mother’s partner is really his sister. They also need a place to live with the baby, so Matt and Noah have to decide who is going to move out of Casa Walsh for the baby. Matt talks to Kelly about living together, while Noah opens a strip club with Gina. And Dylan enters a prank war with some preteens in the hotel.
