I walk you through the concrete steps I took in my self-development & awareness journey (AND what I didn't do that I would've in the past) to help me feel more empowered instead of helpless and how you can do the same!
Note: everyone experiences anxiety & other emotions differently, and not everything is going to be a quick fix every time. This is one real example from my life that I felt inspired to share, but please note that I definitely don't do this every time anxiety pops up! Trust yourself & your intuition to give you the guidance you need in the moment <3
